Booking and Confirmation

• Mad Science Birthday parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Party dates, times and specific Mad Scientists are subject to availability. Your party is booked and confirmed once we receive a $50 credit card deposit and you receive a Confirmation email.
• You will receive a call from Mad Science within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) to book and confirm your party.
• We prefer to take your deposit over the phone using a Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card to ensure the security of the transaction. Checks can be mailed to the office if needed.
• Before clicking on the submit button check your information thoroughly and complete any required* fields.

Invitation and Goody Bag Information

• If you decide to purchase invitations, they will be mailed to your home address once your party is confirmed.
• The cost of the invitations will be charged to your credit card, in addition to your 50% deposit.
• On the day of your party, we will bring goody bags for the amount of children you are expecting. You will only pay for the number of goody bags that you actually need.
