How do bugs defend themselves? How are toys related to science? Children will examine the science behind popular toys and get a buzz out the amazing world of insects! Your Mad Scientist will explore weather phenomena, build their own Mad Science Machine, and learn how to create a short animated cartoon!

Mad Science classes are led by trained, qualified instructors who help make STEM learning enjoyable for preschool through elementary-aged children.

For the safety of our students, we conduct a 7 year criminal history and sexual offender registry background check on all Mad Science instructors at hiring. These checks are repeated at least every 2 years.

Additional Information

Welcome to the realm of insects! Learn about their fabulous flying abilities, their unique eyesight, and the way that they defend themselves against predators. See how camouflage works and investigate how bugs can be helpful to our environment.
